Event Management-Facilities Use Procedures
~Use of Building Requests require at least a 4 week advanced notice~
The Building Use Office hours are 12noon-2pm.
IMPORTANT: All requests must be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org Please indicate the date, time and school requested.
The request process has changed. There are several steps to processing a request, please note your request may take up to 4 weeks to process.
Along with your request, a Building Use and a Organization form must be completed. Please click here to visit our Building Use Forms Page.
Once your schedule is approved, all insurance information must be forwarded. A deposit for rental may also be required.
Please note the following when requesting:
Administration Fees (Non-Refundable flat fee, per booking):
Class I - No Fee
Class II - No Fee
Class III - $20.00 Fee
Class IV - $25.00 Fee
Class V - $30.00 Fee
